Following a hugely successful debut in May, The Makers Market is set to return to Blackpool on Sunday 13th July, this time taking place indoors at the iconic Winter Gardens from 11am to 4pm.
The event will bring together over 70 independent traders from across the region, offering a curated selection of handmade gifts, original artwork, homewares, jewellery, locally baked goods and street food. Set in one of Blackpool’s most celebrated venues, the market provides the perfect opportunity to explore the creativity of Lancashire’s makers and enjoy a unique shopping experience in the heart of the town centre.
Alongside the stalls, visitors can enjoy live music throughout the day from local performer Rusty, as well as free activities for children including craft workshops and circus games. The atmosphere promises to be friendly, welcoming and full of energy. It’s a great day out for families, friends and even four-legged visitors, with dogs welcome too.
Highlights among the stallholders include beautifully crocheted plushies by 7 Lemons, quirky illustrations and custom pet portraits from Drink Or Draw, award-winning local cheese from Bowes Dairy Produce, and the famously giant sausage rolls from Tennants Bakery. Whether you’re looking for something delicious, artistic or unexpected, there’s something to discover around every corner.

The Makers Market has become a much-loved event across the North West, celebrating independent businesses and helping to bring fresh energy and footfall into town centres. Its return to Blackpool is set to deliver another fantastic day of creativity, community spirit and local pride.
