Ballot 2025
From 28 October to 27 November 2025, eligible BID levy payers will have the opportunity to vote on the proposal for a new five-year term of the Blackpool Town Centre BID, which would run from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031 if successful.
To help you make this decision, we have drafted a proposal business plan outlining how we will support town centre businesses over a new five-year term.
In this draft plan, we represent the interests of all BID levy payers.
